4.    BILINGUAL SECRETARIES & USHERS
We have well trained and capable bilingual secretaries who will be at the helm of affairs when put in charge to type, print, file and organize documents during the conference. The bilingual ushers will help coordinate the delegates by designating seating places and preventing excessive movement which distracts the delegates during the conference.

6.    PROVISION OF SIMULTANEOUS INTERPRETATION EQUIPMENT (S.I.E) AND OFFICE EQUIPMENT.
We also provide S.I. Equipment which is used during simultaneous interpretation at conferences. The package includes complete infra-red receivers, headsets, delegates’ microphones, speakers, amplifiers and cordless microphone. Our office equipment is the general office hardware such as Personal Computers, laptops, printers, projectors and photocopiers.
